It’s Our Community étudie et compare comment les groupes de citoyens, les individus en Europe agissent socialement et s’approprient les services publics ou les services d’intérêt général, notamment au Royaume Uni, en France, au Portugal et en Allemagne. Le projet analyse des bonnes pratiques dans les quatre pays partenaires et créera un guide pratique et des propositions « européennes ». Les études de cas sont issues de ce que nous appelons en France « économie sociale et solidaire » ou « third sector » ou « voluntary services » en Europe.

Le but de cet atelier est d'alimenter le projet de recherche « It's Our Community ». Ce projet est géré par deux organismes Britanniques (the Big Society et NCVO) et les recherches sont effectuées par des organismes partenaires situés au Royaume Uni, en France, au Portugal et en Allemagne. En France, c’est la Ligue de l’enseignement qui effectue la recherche. Notre travail vise à mettre en avant des conseils pratiques sur les défis et les opportunités en direction des groupes de citoyens Européens.

Cet atelier rassemblera des personnes représentatives des 3 projets Français étudiés et les chercheurs et acteurs de chacun des pays partenaires.

European Workshop - It's Our Community

It's Our Community studies and compares how groups of citizens and individuals in Europe act socially and take ownership of public services or services of general interest, including in the UK, France, Portugal and Germany. The project analyses good practices in the four partner countries and will create a practical guide and and European proposals. The case studies are from what we call in France the 'social and solidarity economy', or 'third sector' or 'voluntary services' in Europe.

The aim of this workshop is to aid the research project 'It's Our Community'. This project is run by two British organisations (the Big Society and NCVO) and the research is carried out by partner organisations in the UK, France, Portugal and Germany. In France, it's the League of Education which will carry out of the research. Our work seeks to highlight practical advice on the challenges and opportunities faced by groups and citizens in Europe. This workshop will bring together representatives from three French study projects and researchers and actors from each partner country.
