If you do not already have full membership, register yourself as an associate member by creating a login. Click the icon at the top right of the screen to do this. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be redirected to the registered area of the site. You can navigate the registered area using the ‘User Menu’ on the sidebar, or using the following routes:
Creating events Go to the drop down menu at the News and Events tab, and click on Events. Click ‘Add event’; edit the date at the bottom.
Accessing the directory On the drop down menu at the Membership tab, click ‘Directory’. Here, you can find details of organisations that may be of interest. You can also add your details so that others can find you: Click on the appropriate country and then on ‘Add your listing here’
Uploading resources Click the Resources tab, and then ‘Submit File’. You can upload files straight from your computer. There are several categories to choose from so that your resource can be easily found by the relevant audience.
Using the Discussion Board On the drop down menu at the Membership tab, click ‘Discussion Board’. You can start a new topic or poll, or reply to current threads.
Using the Project Manager On the drop down menu at the Membership tab, click ‘Project Manager’. Use this to organise your collaborative projects.
Requesting Partnerships To view existing partnership requests, go to the drop down menu at the Membership tab and click ‘Partnership Requests’. To submit a new partnership request, click ‘Submit News’ on the sidebar User Menu. Once you have written your request, scroll down to the publishing section; from the menu ‘Section’, choose ‘News’, and from the menu ‘Category’, choose ‘Partnership Request’. An administrator will then approve and publish your article.
Adding a news article Click on ‘Submit News’ on the sidebar menu. From the drop down menu ‘Section’, choose ‘News’, and from the menu ‘Category’ choose ‘Sector News’.
Submitting a video On the User Menu, click ‘Upload Video’ and follow the instructions.
