NENO

NENONENO - Network of Estonian Nonprofit Organizations

NENO was founded in 1991 as the Estonian Foundation Center, and has grown from strength to strength ever since, now incorporating a network of 89 medium-large organisations.

The mission of NENO is to act as a representative of the Estonian third sector, to be its advocate and act as one, united body. It serves to strengthen the third sector, and make it altogether more effective by:

1.  increasing public awareness and support of the important work carried out by civil society organisations,

2.  to work closely with its members, and

3.  to improve working relations between the commercial and civil society sectors.
