Governance
Euclid Network (EN) is governed by a board comprising representatives from the membership.
The EN board currently has eight Directors, including the President and the Secretary General. Each of the three founding members of EN appoints one Director, with the remaining Directors elected from the membership. The elected board members are appointed by members at EN's Annual General Meeting. Directors serve a three-year term, and can be re-elected. Once a country has 20 members or more they can immediately elect a board member, making EN's governance more responsive to the growing membership. EN can also co-opt board members, allowing the board to address skills gaps when appropriate.
