Euclid Network (London), Centre for Development of the Nonprofit Sector (New York), Roma Education Center (Subotica) and Urban-In (Novi Pazar) have joined together to give leaders fromt he European Union and Serbia an opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas by participating in our programme.

The selection criteria were: at least three years experience in the NGO sector, currently at a leadership position in the organization, knowledge of English and the availability of candidates to be away from work for a week in one of three possible periods in January and February 2011.

In the second round of selection, emphasis was placed on the motivation and expectations as well as the application of newly acquired knowledge and skills after the completion of the exchange programme.

 

To participate in the program, Euclid Network selected the following candidates:
