The case study for this event is a palliative care project that has been supported by the Social Innovation Park under this project.
Furthermore, Euclid Network will help working with the partners to come up with recommendations and sets of best practices how to replicate the model of the Social Innovation Park across Europe, to have an infrastructure in place to responde to emerging social problems.
